Every dollar must earn its place.

Milton families are feeling the squeeze. Rising costs at home mean we need a council that treats every tax dollar with the same care residents do. I will push for full budget transparency, line-by-line accountability, and an end to the kind of deferred decisions that turn small problems into expensive ones. Responsible spending is not about cutting services - it is about making sure the services we fund actually deliver results.

Publish clear, plain-language budget summaries for Ward 2 residents
Oppose tax increases that are not backed by demonstrated need
Audit recurring expenditures for efficiency and value
Protect front-line services: roads, parks, waste, and emergency response

Better Roads & Infrastructure

Ward 2 should not be an afterthought.

Our roads are congested, our sidewalks are incomplete, and our infrastructure is struggling to keep pace with Milton's rapid growth. Ward 2 residents deserve safe streets, reliable transit connections, and infrastructure that is planned proactively - not patched reactively. I will advocate loudly for Ward 2's fair share of capital investment and hold the town accountable to its own infrastructure timelines.

Accelerate road resurfacing and pothole repair in Ward 2 neighbourhoods
Complete missing sidewalk and active transportation links
Push for better transit frequency and coverage in underserved areas
Ensure development charges are reinvested in the communities that generate them

Better Jobs in Milton

Growth that works for everyone.

Milton is growing fast, but too many residents still commute long distances for work. We need to attract quality employers, support local small businesses, and create the conditions for a diverse local economy. I will champion smart economic development that brings good jobs to Milton - so families can work close to home, spend locally, and build stronger roots in our community.

Work with Milton’s economic development team to identify and address the barriers preventing businesses from investing and expanding in Milton.
Support local small businesses with reduced red tape and faster permitting
Partner with Halton Region on workforce development and skills training
Promote Milton as a destination for tech, professional, and creative sector employers

A Strong Voice for Ward 2

Ward 2 residents deserve a councillor who is present, accessible, and unafraid to push back when our community's interests are at stake. I will hold regular town halls, maintain an open-door policy, and make sure Ward 2 is never left out of the decisions that shape our daily lives. Accountability is not a campaign promise - it is how I intend to govern.
